All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any products that have been shipped and delivered.
Reconstitution and Handling Responsibility
Once a product has been reconstituted or opened, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure proper handling, storage, and use in accordance with standard laboratory protocols.
Replacement Eligibility
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@erosynlabs.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
