SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule agonist of the estrogen-related receptor (ERR) family, with activity across the ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ isoforms. ERRs are orphan nuclear receptors that act as master regulators of oxidative metabolism, mitochondrial biogenesis, and cellular energy homeostasis.
